Services & Rates
The Holistic Mystic’s signature service, offering a unique combination of modalities including bodywork, energywork, sound therapy, aromatherapy, cupping, stretching and spiritual guidance. This session is intended to encourage your natural ability to release and soothe entrenched pain and present you with an opportunity to treat yourself with loving kindness.
Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a "life force", and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. I work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. And once your energy field has been restored to full health, your body will follow.
HM offers a safe space, support and guidance for clients with a desire to reconnect to their spirituality, personal power and faith without judgement or dogma. HM provides education to learn and implement spiritual connection in your life. She also leads rituals and ceremonies for important, sacred or major life events such as weddings, birth, death and transcending cycles. Spiritual guidance is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose or treat mental disorder or illness. HM is an advocate for women, children, survivors of abuse and trauma and also works closely with those affected by PTSD.
Holistic Mystic sound therapy combines Tibetan singing bowls, quartz singing bowls, vocal tuning, singing, mantras, tuning forks, bells and drums to provide a profound attunement to the electromagnetic fields of the body. This treatment can, however, provide a spiritual experience as well.
Tarot & Intuitive Readings
Using different tools of Divination, readings offer insight to questions or situations that may be creating energetic blockages in your life.
Holistic Mystic bodywork combines multiple modalities such as reflexology, cupping, stretching, acupressure, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy and massage in personalized sessions to alleviate chronic pain, stress and trauma.
Acupressure is based on one the most ancient principles of healing - that simply touching a specific point on the body will release stress and improve health in the body. In an acupressure session, I apply firm pressure directly to these "points" on your body, which relieves your muscle tension and improves your circulation. This simple and powerful technique has been shown to be very effective in treating headaches, backaches, and even insomnia.
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Neuromuscular therapy is a system of massage techniques that were developed in the 1930's by Dr. Stanley Lief in England. It uses a holistic approach towards healing, emphasizing and stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. Neuromuscular therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, and accelerates the overall healing process by facilitating the release of endorphins.
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.
